It starts off with my own rendition of The Lord's Prayer (Our Father), with some added zest, flare and scripture! Start by speaking the prayer aloud, focusing on each line and its meaning.

As we more into the second part of the prayer where we invite God to fill you will his light, you will start a visualization and divine energy meditation! Feel the divine presence and let it fill your surroundings. Feel the emotions of gratitude and love as you recite and reflect.

The prayer concludes with a few minutes to make it your own—express your personal gratitude, praise, and desires, and allow space for God’s presence to fill you with joy, peace & glory!
